Remember the commercials for this program? This group celebrates 40 years.

My ability to, must not be forgotten?,......... I must remember the fact that this gift can be taken away at any time, as it was briefly many years ago.
Picking up a book of interest and spending time within it causes my brain to feel free, (we'll say the bubbles are O2 coming off brain in jar!? Ok? and.....it's about to escape! yes that's it!!!). fresh like stretching your legs on a nice walk or run or bicycle ride.
Use it or lose it? It seems fitting I think? Keep the mind moving, ever forward I must!
