The Perfect Hour, this one just finished, 5am

From freezer to the cup, nothing like fresh ground bean 'O' java. Coupled with candles, aquaria and on this day a most wonderful choice, two discs of Portishead, the first being the self titled release '97 the next 'Dummy' from '94. Many wonderful things combining for me this day.
I quite honestly took something away from the moment, diminished it in some way, by posting this, but just felt strongly about it? Still in the background, the second selection seeps into my soul. With the light of darkness still filling the room, my world.
THIS is my day off, however I was called yesterday by my work, something that was said to NEVER! happen unless emergency circumstances? Well it's for my 90 day review they didn't do. They wanted me to come in yesterday, but I said No, flatly as I had plans to walk the dogs and visit with my sister. They're in a bind, due to their oversight, failure to manage time. They told me it was to occur very soon, days ago? So I'll go in for a few and let it be known perhaps, heck I should charge them for mileage. You guessed it, I'm not happy where I am. That place I will still not reveal to the world. deep sigh,..... Again and always I suppose? It's not that big a deal.
OH?, it could only have been a better hour perhaps? if shared. yes,......................

John, THEY DID IT!

John and my Sister Wendy at the Rose Bowl Last year.

John passed away 10/01/05 from Non Hodgkins Lymphoma.

She and I watched the game together on a TV John probably purchased to watch the LONGHORNS.

We had this photo on top of the TV as the Game Played.

She asked me to scan the photo, so that she might share with friends.

I love my Sister so. And it was easy to love John, as I saw how happy he made Wendy.

John, they did it Man,.....GOD how I wish I'd gotten to know you better,

that you'd been here longer to enrich all of our lives,......
